How to become a member of Hazen Christian Fellowship

Any person may offer himself as a candidate for membership in our church.
All candidates shall be presented to the church and voted into the membership by the church in a regular business meeting.

All candidates shall be presented for membership in any of the following ways:

• By profession of faith and for baptism into full fellowship of the church according to the policies of this church.


• By promise of a letter of recommendation from other churches of like faith and order.


• By statement of prior conversion experience and baptism in a church of like faith and order when no letter is available.
